i spoke to a very timid sounding indian girl, i shouted at her after she put me on hold whilst i was speaking 
a bloke then came on the phone after i was done shouting

But for now, click on the "email us" part & send an email - then put down an alternative telephone number (e.g your mobile) for them to call you
