Tape player? It says in the description that its a Cdplayer/Multi changer. He should include make and type of cd player sub etc though.

ampsd will probably cost more, 2 amps mean to power cables so £100 wiring, CD Changer and interface probably £200 i can believe it!!!! Sub could of cost more as could the amps.

he may of brought it a few years ago, and tbh most cd changers are £150+ and then you need the interface.

What it cost him when new is NOT the same as what it is worth.

Historical cost concept of accounting says he could, in theory, value his system at what it cost him brand new.

However, a better method of valuation from the buyers point of view would be Replacement Cost, whereby we would value you it at what you could buy it from new.

After that you must then apply depreciation (most likely reducing value as technology loses lots of value straight away), so his system is probly worth, to you and me, about £400.
