I used to train alot, for various reasons....

-personal goals
-keeping fit and healthy
-spending time with my best friends and my brother
-keeping me occupied when I was single/bored
-just to generally feel happy with my physical appearance

I see all these proper bodybuilders smashing allsorts of cancer enhancing suppliments down their necks, but I suppose it does actually do what it's intended to do, but it's not for me.

I dont even want to think about costs But its something i enjoy and something im focused on. I work 2 jobs so dont get time to go out drinking, dont smoke etc.
I work in a Crown Court so i have plenty of time.

Easily, with gym fee's and supplemetns etc. Main thing is the food bill though.

Im thin, I wish I was bigger, but no matter how much I eat I dont grow outwards! Fuck eating tuna though. Ive started eating alot more chicken these days.

I wouldnt go that extreme. Im still a 3 meals a day man myself

i do take supplements 3 times a day (one to speed my metabolism and a high protein shake that has a little creatine in there )

I've never bothered with supplements. I did use steroids for 4 months, but that was for other reasons. I took full advantage though
