there's a weird advert on virgin about confusion and that all will become clear soon, after a short exert of an old electronic funk kinda tune.
says check out http://www.comingvsoon.com, but that doesn't make it much clearer.

take a look. guess a communication company is launching a new broadband service of some sort?
