My origional plan was to get myself a nice little 1.6 sport or gsi when a good one came up. However this would only be a stop gap for a year or so as the car i really have my heart set on is a mk4 astra GSI.
This got me thinking as firstly its proving hard to find a good 1.6 corsa and my insurance quote is not as good as it first appeared, added to this i have more money then i origionally thought which was a nice suprise
So the main question is should i stick it out with the 1.2 8v for another year and get a Mk4 gsi then? As I have the money to go out and by one now and insure it, but id feel like a mug paying £2000 to insure it as i stand at the moment where as hopefully in a years time it will have dropped a bit as i will be 20 and have x3 ncbs
Sorry for the essay but i bored and wanted opinions

jesus it would cost £2K on a 1.6 when you have 2yrs NCB already?
I live in a supposedly high risk area and my XE corsa is only £1338 TPF&T im 20 with 1yrs ncb.
Stick with the 1.2 until the insurers take their masks off.

Yea probably just hang in there another week, 1 years more no claims and one year older should make the insurance go down a bit.
