I read through the whole of a weekly car magazine whilst sitting in a hospital waiting room and it had the comparison of the latest M5 and S6, due to their V10 engines. I wondered what you'd choose, if it was your money, baring in mind the £6k or so price difference (M5 being more expensive).

For some reason, I am really drawn to the Audi S6 - although it was somewhat flawed, I like the discreetness, despite it not being as fun or as quick as the M5.

If they did an RS6, which apparently is planned, I know what I'd have.

I'd take the S6 although they are different types of car. S6 is more of a refined, fast cruiser. M5 is a bit more hardcore. RS6 is going to be interesting.

They're on about a tt v10 for the rs6 aren't they?

I would have the m5 until the rs6 came out, but i'd actually have the m6

I know, that is the conclusion the magazine came too.

imo, the S6 should be have been compared to the 550i M Sport!

They look like s6's apart from the one with the arch moldings. Is it true it may be a twin turbo v10?

The Audi is a bit tame.
