aye high interest but depends on the provider but ALWAYS higher than purchases..

you can wiuthdraw mnoney from an ATM with your credit card but normally get charged 29% APR on cash advances when you get your monthly Bill

It's a better option to just spend the money you have instead of pay extra to spend someone else's.

interest rate and cash advance fee vairy from card to card...

they will call the card company to check its ok..

2 forms of i.d. pref photographic

you will always pay the highest rate of interest last i.e. cash can you not get a bridging loan from bank and do a balance transfer into you bank account?? normally 0%!!!
