you can wiuthdraw mnoney from an ATM with your credit card but normally get charged 29% APR on cash advances when you get your monthly Bill

It's a better option to just spend the money you have instead of pay extra to spend someone else's.

they will call the card company to check its ok..
2 forms of i.d. pref photographic
you will always pay the highest rate of interest last i.e. cash can you not get a bridging loan from bank and do a balance transfer into you bank account?? normally 0%!!!
