8k wont look at mine when its done and thats with no real labour charges...

i have made between 4-5k back on mine now and am glad i have split it now as i would have never got the money back if i had done it in a years time.

As you put it that way, £8k would probably cover my re-spray.

yeah exactly. maybe not 8k but a for the type of resprays we are both doing ud be into 3/5k in any decent bodyshop wiht full quarantee etc

yeah beardy got 2 bikes and a quad now though to play on

I lost about 20k ah well i have enjoyed it, travelled round europe for 3 years showing it - all paid for and had a great time - got that out of it

i love my car to much to sell it at the mo!!

definitely turns heads and when you get loads of people around it at cruises etc it is a good feeling that you have done a good job!!

i want to spend money on mine to finish it or it seems pointless spending the 8k so far!! but i no every penny i spent im not going to get back!!

kind of like im doing up a car for someone to drive round when i sell it for f*#k all money lol.

seeing someone else driving my car that i stayed up late building, saved for etc etc dunno about you guys but that would piss me off!!

I kept my Corsa as a second car for a while as it was owned outright etc, never used it after I got my Astra so ended up selllin it.
