i drilled my airbox the other day and it hasnt realy made much difference! i used to have a K&N cone filter on but i felt it made the car a bit sluggish so out came the drill on the standard airbox, still feels a bit sluggish and the sound hasnt realy changed, was just thinking if i put a pipercross panel filter in there will that make any difference?

tbh mate you arent goin 2 acheive noticable gains from airbox mods!

Have you removed the 2 pipes inside the box? Top and bottom.

davey jack its a 1.2 mate i dont expaect any gains im on about removing the flats spot i had with the K&N but its still the same with the drilled airbox! which pipes you mean steve? the air intake?
