He's a tramp kinda ecentric man who used to hang about Barnsley town centre, Usually dissappears for winter, think he gets locked up on purpose to get out of the cold. In summer he's usually knocking about with a stereo singing randomly.
 Usually with a trolley pushing random shit about.

We got one in town, "sonny" havn't seem him in a while though, hes a drunk who cycles his bike everywhere, swears at everybody & sings as loud as his voice can go

We also have a more local one called "the lipstick man" He rides around everywhere on an old racing bike and asks girls if he can borrow their lipstick.  Think he's a bit special that one.

We had one, Dodgy Keith. He was right legend but he died recently.

we have one called Johnny Stiles, not so much crazy but a nice guy. he lives about a mile and a half from the village and walks down every day with a portable stereo playing the radio. he does it every day rain or shine. loads of people beep their horns or shout "hey johnny!" out of the window and he waves back every time.
theres also another guy that roams the village in the early hours every day because in the past he was supposed to meet his brother at the train station but he never turned up and it turned out that he had died. now he roams the village every night looking for him

we have chicken george who wears turbo wellies
chases kids who take the piss out of him
then we have some random old bird that paints her face black and acts like the crazy cat lady on the simpsons
and some deaf bloke that stands in the middle of traffic light in town directing all the cars whilst barking like a dog
I think we have to many here there shoud be one for each town/city

leeds city centre has many tramps... all are pretty boring drug using ppl, but there was bag man... he used to walk around with bags full of bags, he must have had about 5 bags full in each hand lol

we have 2 in glasgow.
First Up is this character
He looks like he has never made it home from a rave in 1990. He always wears the flurescent jacket, usually a hat with bells and bright coloured trousers. Walks about singing and talking to anyone that will be stupid enough to listen.
Next up We have the Legless Drunk (no pun intended)
He pushes himself about in a wheelchair always with a bottle of Buckfast and always drunk. He always tries to chat up nice looking burds and when it fails he shouts abuse at them which is hilarious to listen to. He also likes to throw himself infront of buses/cars etc at random. Saw him on my way to college one morning at 8am pushing himself down the middle of a very busy road and all the cars were tooting at him.
