has anybody bought bucket seats that have needed to be bolted straight to the floor? or do they all come with subframes for the specific car?

you can choose when you buy them on most seats. some seats are side mount only which need to be bolted to the floor but most can be bolted to the subframe with the aid of the correct subframe

you need to weld a frame work to the std seat mounts to give yourself something to bolt the seats to. also the seats wont be moveable if bolted direct to the floor. its alot easier to get a set of buckets with subframes that bolt to the std corsa subframes
