hey how illegal are these metal embossed plates in euro style, i know we are in england and say i wanted some for my corsa, but wud i have the pigs on my arse all the time givin me fines?

my mates got them on his bmw 3 series, and he's never been pulled for them. He has the GB euroflag though and not the D, but has the german letters/numbers. They're quite expensive, especially if you get a £30 fine too.
