I had a very similar dispute m8 and i won. If he complains to paypal they will put a hold on your account and the balance will show for example -£80 or however much you sold the phone for. You will recieve an email from paypal stating the buyers problem, you can respond and state your side of the until you and the buyer can come to a resolution. If you cant you can both let paypal decide the outcome after reviewing the case. If the phone is exactly as described in the auction make sure you point all of it out to paypal so they can investigate and then cross your fingers. If they give him a refund you will owe ebay\paypal the amount you have to refund him and eventually they can pass the debt on to debt collectors. This happened to my m8 over his ebay fees.

It will probably last a couple weeks m8 at least. Mine went on for 3 months, a guy in italy! he filed 1 paypal dispute and lost, next day filed same dispute with ebay and lost. 2 months later i gets a email from ebay saying im being investigated for fraud over the sale. I won that one too. It is a pain in the arse tho!

if he sends he should send recorded and can prove with tracking.
Check contents in front of postman to make sure its all there i mean if he sent you a brick in the phone box and you sign for it then prove it wasnt the phone. Probably wouldnt happen but it could!!
