cheap!!!! fairly high miles on the poor little 1ltr but fsh so all should be good.

get a corsa b 1l like me. There arround £800 cheaper than that. For the same milage.

It has a rear heated screen, a comfort for when your having to push it to the side of the road

Dont seriously. The 1.0 has no go at all. You need to rag it to get to 30 in a reasonable time. Steering racks and gear linkages are also prone to failure. And the door seaks like to leak unless theyve been replaced with the thicker ones.
