I had a Job Interview last Tuesday. I still have not heard anything back, and if i am succuesful in getting the job the start date would be the 29th of Jan. I feel the interview went really well, and i stand a very good chance. Im dying to know the outcome, and i need to find out really to give notice of leave to my current employer. I have the man mobile's number who interviewed me. Question is, do i ring him and found out?

showing that you are keen for the job is always a plus thing, in the interview its always good at the end to say that you would like the job.

Just explain your commitment to the potental new employer, of your old employer.
He will like that i would think.
Tell him that you need to honour your contact at your exisiting employment and it will hinder your start date if you dont have all the info.
