Hey guys, just tonight I was going round a wet roundabout at about 35 mph in my beautiful corsa 1.2, normally my car would be able to take it as it is running on performance tyres of the 195/55/15 variety. However 4 chavs in a fiesta rs turbo decided to cut me up big time. Slammed on the anchors, locked the wheels and drifted my N/side rear wheel into the kerb. Even worse the RST drove off before I could even catch sight of registration. I attemted to drive the car off the roundabout and as I did so, the car felt like it was skating on ice even at speeds as low as 20mph. I stopped and had a look at the damage and saw that the wheel in question was toeing-out by about 10 degrees.
What I need to know is how much would an axle cost and what sort of job is it. thanks for any help guys

Just goze to show.
Text use your brakes in a corner, esp if wet.
Betta off to try to steer out, or just hit whatever is in front of u

Corsa's are prone to understeering very very easily.

Sounds like the rear beam is bent. replacement is the best way to sort it.
Should only be a few quid from a scrappy (like £30) and then about the same for labour, if you've got a friendly garage.
