Using the same principal as speed cameras, can't you request photo evidence

Excellent, cheers Mr Torque for the help, we have drafted out a letter to appeal but not really sure what to put in it, any ideas?

Parking Attendants have digital cameras too

Chances are that if you've taken pics for evidence, THEY have too

He does have a strong case, but if it comes down to his pics against theirs then just make sure he has better written evidence.

does the parking ticket have any other information about the car it is issued to. Ive heard about people taking there fines and slapping them on other cars before. If the victim doesnt realise then more than likly they will pay it. Only thought this as you said the ticket said it had Peugeot on it

I once got a ticket in the underground car park in scarborough. I had a valid ticket but it was tucked down in the corner of the windscreen of & barely viasable but I wrote a letter & sent copies of the parking ticket & the ticket I had bought & they wrote back within a week saying I didnt have to pay.
Then the following day I parked in sainsburys in york & forgot to buy a ticket but all I got was a note warning me that if I did it again I'd get a £50 fine! oops!!

To top it all off my mate drives a Vauxhall Astra and the make of the car the fool has put on the ticket is "Peugeot"

I think he has a pretty strong case to appeal just wondered if any of you agree or know of any reason why he might not get off with it.

We have taken pictures of the "lines"

Cheers

even if the lines aren't correct, according to the ticket, the ticket person has put it on a different make of car, that alone can get him off of it.

As said previously, send them a letter, with pictures and the ticket stating this............. fucking retards!

i was thinking the same, who'd actually have a sticker on their back window saying fusion.

I got one once because it was a windy day and it was one of those non-sticker ones you put on the dash, anyway i didn't notice that as i shut the door it caused a draft and below it off. Sent it off though and they were ok.
