she got a little Toyota Yaris YRX. only a 1.5 petrol, but its a gutsy little fucker!!



interior is actually really good too

its 110bhp from the 1.5, so not bad at all. 105lb/ft at 4000rpm too, so its got heaps of torque where it matters

my mums 1.3 will do 110mph easily, these things are beastly for what they are

I just checked out the Toyota website, they don't do a 1.5 I was looking to see if they do a fast, nippy one like they did in the old shape, can't remember what they're called though...just remembered, T Sport.

theres a rare turbo version aswell!! but think its japanese only model

looking on toyota site, looks like the highest they do is a 1.4 petrol or diesel in the new model, but they do a 1.5 in the old style

yeh its called a vitz turbo.my mate has the older yaris t-sport and they areeasily tuneable his is making 140 bhp+ with minimal engine mods and is the fastest yaris in england.thye are great cars

i work at toyota and ive heard off one of the salesman, that we are guna be gettin an 1800 yaris in the UK, in that new shape, think it will be the new t-sport, but not sure. the same engine as you get in the new shape MR2's

I had the 1.3 as a hire car in finland......got bout 115 MPH outta it. interiors are nice, but some parts seam a bit plasticy. It had a TINY boot tho lol not that thats much of a problem. Might even consider getting one......T sport when there out

It was the poopey engine, but interior was the same.
