yeah thats a good deal but won't look as good in 14" or that though..
Totally upto you and if you are on a really tight budget better than 13" steelies...

There are no gsi wheels on ebay They have 1 wheel for £20 withwout a tyre and crappy condition

Before i do it tomorrow. Too debadge do i just poor some boiling water over the badged and pull them off ? The take whats left behind off with some white sprit of warm soapy water ?

get a hairdryer on it mate and prise them off slowly with like a credit card or something then go over in white spirit to get the the rest of the glue off and then go over with t-cut!

I managed to debadge the boot of my car today. Just used hot water and some strimmer wire to cut threw it 
There is still a little glue on there, i managed to remove most of it with my bank card.
Took a trip down to Halfords and got some T-cut and Auto Glym bumper care. So once the rain stops, or should i say "if" the rain stops i'll try remove the rest of the glue and t-cut it.
I'll post pics up later.

pretty much what your looking for. colour coded bumpers, the de-badged grill, and the cav gsi wheels.
mine had gsi skirts left unpainted as you can see.
