A couple of my mates have tried working in them, and quit before the week has ended.

had loads of people who were dead posh and wanted to be called Lord or Ms, i mean what the fuck is a Ms? i just write Miss to piss them off haha
ordering expensive stuff and heres me (a scally in a hoody with a shaved head) taking calls pretending to be posh

yeah full time after leaving school and then part time whilst at college, fucking hated it mind numbing , and most have such a poor attitude towards there staff; infact most call centres have a very high labour turn over the one i was at was like 70 %
then again some people enjoy it no idea why lol.

im a team leader on a helpdesk nt call centr have worked in callcentres before and as stated they have hih turn around, but this place seems ok been here a year and a half and aint half as bad (no selling)

I used to work for Past Times sales line/customer services
was awesome... 1998 to 1999 and gpt paid liek £4 an hour at 17/18  u got a bomnus for calls taken so we all jus used to cut people off always got away with it too!
