A good 100miles of just steady driving, no stamping on the brakes, just gentle stuff, brake normally really, but not continous light braking, you dont want glazing.

I soon warped mine by not doing the above.

that'll take me a good few days to do 200 miles. trying not to stamp on them. feels very poor at the moment. braking early to stop in good time
