Make sure you mention EVERY little problem/niggle in the description.

Write an essay on your car but don't bore the reader.

Mention faults BEFORE plus points.

Be strict about viewings too, make it on YOUR time off. When I was selling the corsa some chick wanted me to drive 60 miles to Nottingham just so she could view it

Go read some other car listing description on eBay for inspiration

I'd have it like:

How you got the car and why sell
description of the car
bad points/faults
good points
Anything you may throw in if bids raise enough (TAX, CD player...)
