As long as the spacing and font size are ok i don't see why they are illegal. They look ace too, where you get them from?

As Alex said, if the font size and spacing is correct, they'll be fine, but I doubt if they are...

They ARE illegal.. letters are too small. New owner of my GSi got done for the one I had on that..

I want one of these but my bumper has little holes in it where the screws are, roughly how long are they??

imo they dont look right unless your recess is modified smaller.

I've never had the plate mentioned on my car, had mine since PVS this year, Looks well neat though!

I could get pulled/fined for it if they wanted to. I also stuck the normal one on for MoT.

TBH, I expect that the police will be quicker to notice that there is no spacing between your numbers and letters!

Do you need a specific size border around the letters for them to be legal?

does yours have spaces phil?

they look neater, alot neater and i love them. just i got pulled for my black paltes they will love pulling me again

mattk - they cover the holes fine, back one was a bit gay because of the old bits that are in teh boot from teh screws for my last plates, but was soon sorted

this is borderline illegal, spacing is 9/10mm charachters are 2mm smaller than legal.

Im only after a front one, back ones dont look right to me. Just out of curiosity can speed camereas and other Plate reading devices see them
