went to scrappies and there is a plate which is chz ***8 on a written off tigra. nooowwww its not personalised its an irish one. so is there any chance i can ring up the dvla n purchase it?

if so how much u reckon they charge?

You need to buy the car and get it taxed and MOT's before you can get it on retention, and to get tax it needs to be insured.

Bit expensive to do I think!
