As the title really, I am running megasquirt ecu, and despite my best efforts, and the person that built it/wrote the code, we can't get my tacho to work with it. It did work for about a day, but now it won't.

So, i'm after a quality tacho to put in my car, with a decent mounting solution so it looks neat/ factory.

For a 106 btw.

Any suggestions?

Ta,

Anton

get a few gauges from demon-tweeks, and a bit of carbon, making your own panel

Smiths are a safe bet.

stack gauge looks superb, but think it will be out of my price range. Dont really want to spend more than about £130 on all of it, inc mounting solution, tacho and oil pressure gauge

anymore suggestions? Found some raid HP ones...i know they are not the best brand around, but their 'diamond' range of gauges look very good.

if the ECU wont run the standard dials, how do you know it will run an aftermarket set?

I've had the ecu running mine, but it stopped working. An aftermarket tacho is run from the coils anyway, so the ecu isn't part of the equation.
