i would not let them fix the car, you want to take it to a reputable body shop or one that u know i svery good and that will do a perfect job. tell them you are not letting them fix it and that u will be using another bodyshop and they will be footing the bill!!! maybe a bit of compo cuz you'll be without the car for a short time while its being repaired and the fact that it has now been in an accident it will depreciate in value so all has to be taken into acount.

even if it is fixed and is perfect and not noticable, because u know its been in an accident by law you have to tell anyone about the accident when coming to sell the car so that means its definatly not worth as much so the place that crashed it should have to give compo based on how much it will de-value the car... hope this helps   chris
