im considering doing this myself as i think it will be good practice.
is there a tutorial thread any where?
whats the best way to remove the kerb marks around the edges. they arent too bad. do they just sand out eventually or do they need filling?

Have them shot blasted and then fill with chemical metal.

I've shotblasted about 4 sets of wheels, and found it was too harsh to refurb by hand, as it would take forever. Believe me ive tried. I had proper air tools to do it with too. If your only taking curbing marks out your best with some sort of belt sander to take em out. And rub it smooth by hand. But if youve got a compressor, invest in whats called a 'tire buffer' (same idea as a Dremel but air powered and harder wearing)
