so for £900 you would be better getting a standard engine which you could buy for less than £300 and get it rebuilt. And you'll probably even get some change.

DONT BOTHER TRUST ME, EVERY ENGINE WE GET FROM THE FACTORY THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE 'PACKAGED, WATERTIGHT READY TO FIT' ALWAYS COMES FULL OF WATER, AND FOR THE PRICE SHOULD COME FULLY BUILT UP. FIT A 2.2 (Z22SE) IN A ZAFIRA OTHER WEEK, THE ENGINE ALONE WAS £2800!!!!

you probably would be better building one yourself and getting bits on the cheap from off here or ebay.

the only good thing with getting an engine from vauxhall is the 12 months warranty.

been quoted £1050 for an x14xe fitted with a 12 month/24000mile warrenty
