I found this site a big help:

http://www.affordablesupplements.co.uk/

more specifically:

http://www.affordablesupplements.co.uk/information.php?info_id=9

If you're struggling to get enough protien, shakes are definately the easiest way

You need way more than 120g's of protein for your size mate. Between 1g-1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight.

120 is probably around the amount for a 10 stone man who doesnt train.

I have around 200g and I'm 12.5 stone. You will need more than that due to your weight if you are training regularly.

Ask this question on bodybuilding.com and you will get a better answer.

after looking around for a bit. it looks like

1.4g of Protein per KG is best. anything higher can run a risk of kidney damage

Sorry but thats crap. I weigh 16.5st (105kg) so that'd mean i need 147g of protein per day. Saying that anything higher runs the risk of kidney damage is just like saying if u cross the road u may get run over, or if u go out in the sun u may get skin cancer.
I know personally 147g of protein per day is half what i need. Bodybuilding is about knowing your body, not what some 'expert' says u need. To gain muscle ive found i need around 1.5g of protein per 1lb of bodyweight, which is around 350g of protein per day. To get big u need to eat big, i know competitive bodybuilders on 400-500g a day and they've been doing it years.
