I've posted these pics in my projects post, but will just post them here anyway, as its a cool wee thing.... and VERY simple

Sump baffle plate and gated baffles... the gates are just rubber flaps. No complex hinges or anything!

For the c20xe sump some fins, or walls with gates would do.

There is a good site (lotus) i think describing the way i'm talking about. Think its linked off mig.

Willay - whats the plans for your car for you to want the sump baffled?

keeps the engine oil in the base of the sump under hard acc/brake/cornering.... to avoid starvation, or air only going up the pickup pipe

when on the track (especially when runnin slicks) all the oil goes to one side of the sump when cornering hard making the other side run dry-NOT GOOD- so these gates/baffles stop all the oil goin over to one side

Given my man the nod to order my lsd, just thinking what else I should do before I get it out there. I've got a spare set of wheels I can slap some slicks on and perhaps buy a single fuck off bucket seat?

Not with you 100% there mate.. some cars respond well to NOT having arb's.. all depends on the track and the car obviously..

Brakes are 2ltr so they will do until I fancy spunking a bag on them, the suspension is H&R coilovers but I have some Leda coilovers in the barn waiting to get reconned so thats all sorted!
