meat is good for a balanced diet and probably every one who works out will have some sort of meat in there diet each day, if its just clean dry meat then i can see it being good for you. however if its just a section of an ill water buffalos penis thats been inside several zulu warriors gritters then its probably best left out of your diet...

It's full of salt though Steve. It will give you high blood pressure and make you die of a heart attack.

Im starting the gym up again at the beggining of the year, maybe even next week,
Trouble is, my goal will be to be fit, but also increase mass, but I have a thing about fish, cant stand it..
Dont like the idea of tuna but I could probably eat it just fine if I had a good way of preparing it so it didnt resemble it in any way.
Any suggestions?

Excess protein gets turned into fat and carbs anyway. As Ed said though, if its full of salt etc then its no good, this goes for how stuff is cooked and prepared as well. Fish is good for you but if its battered and fried like from a chip shop then obviously that effects its goodness.

does the mayonaise really take the taste away from the tuna?

its mainly the pepper, just keep adding it till you cant taste tuna. Mayonaise just bonds it all together

It's also made entirely of butter so it's a really really good thing to eat if you are doing a diet.
