ive got a corsa 1.2 8v, its my first car and ive had it nearly 2 years now and i love it to bits apart from being extremely bored of it.
i want something quicker but im just generally bored of it, the colour, the wheels, the engine...
the trouble is i havnt got a lot of money due to commitments/bills, i want to sell the car as it as for as much as i can get, then get something quicker, maybe another corsa. i could survive without a car for a while (i live around the corner from work) but i couldnt really afford to put any more than a few hundred quid to the money il get for mine. ive got a moped i can sell for about 400 too but having trouble getting rid at this time of year.
Sooo... should i sell mine then look and wait until something comes along, or should i just keep this? what do you people think?
this is what iwould be selling...
the wheels are satin black now, if that changes anything

So at most you would have about £1500 at most to spend if you sold yours, plus the ped and a few hundred quid. To be honest you would be best keeping it and just leaving it, save your pennies and wait till you have a decent amount to buy something else. Or thats what i'd do anyway.

yeh id say 1500 at the most, i want something similar to this (70000 miles and age etc.) i would love a 1.6 nova or corsa but i think id be lucky to get one for the money id have and are they rare to get one in good cond.? im sort of thinking about sayin fcuk it and selling mine and see'in what comes along, i just want a few opinions! im 19 with two years no claims too incase anyone recommends a quick car

You could probably find a Corsa Sport or Nova GTE or something but it may not be in the best condition. Plus if your bored of this corsa would you not get bored of another?

Imo save a bit more dollar, so that you have a bigger budget to spend!!

im bored because its a 1.2 8v. i dont like the colour too because it fades easily and looks sh1t half the time lol i think il be fine wih another corsa

Fair enough, personally i'd still save a bit more and get a nice tidy sport with a few more extras Aircon etc.

I'd put the Corsa back to standard and put it up for sale for £1000.
Then sell the ped and save up some money. Pick up a cheap Corsa Sport. Sorted!

thats what i was thinking! i might do that, if i do il put the corsa back to standard, just had my logbook back with my new address and my insurance is up in feb so il put it up for sale in the new year!
