Engine management light. Tell him to get someone with VAGCOM to read the faults. or you could be a coont and just say "sold as seen, beat it ya wee baw".

if it flashes then that means emissions, if its solidly on memans something else, iv said il meet him tomorrow to plug vagcom into it

i would tell him to go see someone else as he will only come back when there is another problem.
