i used to go out on thursdays for ages only as it was student night cheap drinks and get to see the college totty about, but now after working all week friday nights are definately better. Can't beat that first pint down the pub when you get home, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

red bull with some pro plus crushed into it.

Will give you a short-term boost, and during that time drink plenty of water to rehydrate your body and will be fine!

have had LOADS of water. need to pop out the office for some redbull. but i need to reinstall a bunch of software on a server which is in scotland

still got a little dry mouth tho
had a turkey and ham bake from Greggs too.. was yummy.

god im never drinking on a school night again.. unless i have the next day off. Im getting old
