I know you're out there! After 5 showing his two breakthrough films which do you prefer?

They're never as good as you remember them when you were 9

can't remember bloodsport at all, but i have got kickboxer on tape somewhere at home lol so i will go with that!

actually tbh i thought bloodsport had aged pretty well, the fight sequences are still pretty decent even by todays standards.

lmao yeh bloodsport was mint when i was 10yr old and is still good to this day.

I think bloodsport, AWOL and Kickboxer are his only decent films. The rest are crap IMO

Cyborg was pretty good too. Saw a new one on 5 recently called In Hell, really was brilliant, never thought I'd say that!!!

OOOooo tough one...

Kickboxing rocked. The kicking the tree part, ow... That REALLY hurts, it also cuts up your shins

But Bloodsport was the daddy i think... The Splits, The Kumati, the Rory Bremner (?sp) USA dude. Just the fighting scene at the end when the dust is in his eyes is cringe worthy, all the WOARRRARRRARRRR noises

Bloodsport all the way, i remember first time i saw it, renting it out when i was like 10, got some girl i know to ring up video store and pretend to be my mum and be ill and ask if i could go collect it for her hahahaah

i got both on dvd, got loads of van dammes films infact, old ones r the best one of the shittest of his i seen is the latest universal soldier, made me feel sick

Hard Target is Good
Universal Soldier is OK
AWOL, Bloodsport & Kick Boxer are his Best works.
Double Impact Isnt Bad
Sudden Death is OK
Streetfighter is absolute crap
The rest are crap aswell IMO

the best universal soldier scene is when he eats all meals and aint got no money.

double impact watched at about 8 and loved it including the sex scene the film taught me so much at a young age

I watched two last night, "derailed" and "kickboxer" much prefered derailed myself! and that bird with the killer vile's was fit
