When i fit my New headunit to my Vauxhall Corsa Sxi 1.2 S reg, what will i need? Do i need both ISO adapter and aerial adapter? What else may i need i just mamaged to remve the factory fitted one (finally) lol. Does the cage need to be remvoed aswel

you need to remove the cage and fit the new one also you need to switch the yellow and red wires. You need both aerial adpators and iso adaptor cos teh aerial is seprate to the ISO . this will help mate

Yes mate. Pull the Vauxhall cage out and poke the one in supplied with your head unit.

I didn't use an Iso Adapter on my Corsa (Alpine Headunit) Just plugged and play! Didn't use an aerial adapter either.

What head unit you got?

Had to swap the Yellow and Red Wires to get it to remember stuff.

There is an Ice and Electrics section at the top of the page there.

It used to be on the Message Boards main Listings, but it was moved, and people miss it.

iv got a JVC KD G821 - do i need to check that they will supply me with a cage??? Im buying it from in car express... thnx 4 ur help guys

usually new ones come with a cage my one did it should come with an iso adaptor aswell if its new so you dont need to buy one. Aerial adaptor is most likely required i got a pioneer and it needed a aerial adaptor

Is it a brand new unit?

Literally Bend/Flex the Vauxhall Cage out. There's a bolt you have to undo, and be careful getting the multiplug undone etc.

My JVC is very similar to the and didn't need an ISO cable, it came with one. You will need an aerial adaptor though, but can't remember which one!
