Right ive plugged my road angel in and it keeps saying "searching for satellites" ive been in my car waitin for 30mins n it still says it, is something wrong?

its the one that just picks up speed cameras, not a navigator.

checked on the website n it says could take upto 45min, is there a way i could leave it in my car without having to sit there aswell?

usually you have to drive about, being stationary doesn't always pick them up - it's the same with Tom Toms, can be sat in your car for 5mins and it won't pick up a single sat, yet drive to the end of the street and it's sorted itself out

yeah ive drove around but nothing, its well gay, maybe its cz of weather? n how wud i b able 2 leave it in my car? my keys would need 2 b in the ignition wouldnt it. which is a bit risky

what car is it in? they have trouble getting a gps fix if you have a heat reflective screen.

no, woody is right, you need the keyswitch on postition 2 (ignition) for the lighter to work....same as most other cars tbh

tbh your best finding out if its got a heat reflective screen i think the sxi`s came with them. if you`ve got one you will need an external antenna.

My Sat Nav does this from time to time, takes ages to 'warm up' and track. Booster aerial may be a good option as mentioned.
