What would these 2 be like against each other?

Mk2 Punto Sporting 6sp (85bhp)
Saxo VTR (not sure on bhp)

As i can seem to remember a VTR having around 90bhp? If so would these be about the same in acceleration due to the punto being 85bhp and a close ratio box?

Just curious.

punto sporting 1.2 16v. if so i drove my mates and vtr would win all day long.

Well i would of thought the VTR may win but im not looking for the end of the story, wouldnt mind knowing if the sporting could have enough grunt to play catch

unless your a jedi knight in the punto and the driver of the vtr is mr magoo . the punto will loose .. but it will be like waiting for the tide to come in watching them tbh
