Whats the difference between the car aplications?

is it just the sze of the pipes or is the actual filter different?

as ones for golfs ect go for 135 and corsa or astra ones are 200+

Some have cold air feeds, some don't.

The differences are in the fitting kits, and the pipes. They're all tailored to the application, so on Fords, you get a pipe with 3 or 4 holes in, for vac pipes, or sensors.

Some come with other bits too, like the Mini Cooper S on, which has an additional heatshield.

More than likely that it's just the lack of cold air feed and the different end piece to suit the lack of one.

All the xe has is the air temp sensor so in teory i could just get any one and adapt it

one with the right size pipe on, yeah, and use a corsa fitting kit.
