an accountant will also be able to take care of all registration details, normally costs about £200-300 to get it done properly.

You can by alreayd registered companies from like £25 from WHSmiths etc then you just appoint new directors, co. sec (if large enough) and change the name...

Also, speak to the Princes Trust about grants for new businesses set up by young people
