yeah that looks like a bit of a mismatch with it being a v grille and old style rub strips but yeah they did come in aurora purple and are very rare

those are sri rubstrips, No 1.6 spirt came with them

Never seen one of them.

They usually come in N and P plates with dotted interiors, 1.4's and pre 96 bumpers

Looks genuine. It's one of the old style sports. Like Corsa E-Tec's old one

but its not ed, its S reg, has a late interior, facelift bumpers, wheels and a 1.6, which the early sports didnt.

an arora purple sport with the wrong side moldings, its got big dots so its late spec interior and its got solid headrest which the older sri/sport didnt have

i dont think its aurora.. looks more like ceramic blue with some sunlight on it.

maybe its had both sides painted, and someone ordered the wrong side strips?

dont think its no big mystery. weary of the milage unless its got fsh and/or old mots

It's defo a genuine sport, the only thing that's wrong is the rub strips, but this obvioulsy leads to questions as to why they have been changed.

sum fud stuck sri sidestrips on it tho,
