Got the engine all sorted today but it only seems to be running on 1 and 4.
We swapped leads and plugs around but only 1 and 4 made a difference when removing the leads while running.
Any ideas???

hate to be a kill joy but mine did this, might be your ecu, theres 4 transistors for your injectors in your ecu, 2 are common for over heating and failing, try running it and unplugging your injectors, just pop the loom plug off the top.

also try the wiring to the DISpack, i had mine running on 2 cylinders and it turned out i had pulled a wire out the back of the plug somehow

These engines run wasted spark, and sequential fuel injection. Cylinders 2 & 3 use the same coil so it's either the coil pack itself, or the wiring to it.
