just been searching on the internet for these for the sake of not being bored and noticed one's going from 7K upwards I didnt realise these went for this sort of price, thought they would be alot more.
also that its a group 15 insurance 
has anybody been in the situation where they see a car they like and say ' yes I can afford that and going to buy it ' and then find out insurance is a bitch ???

yes i had my hands on a saxo VTS for a week when i was 18, i sold it bought a corsa GSi and insurance was still high but decided just to keep it.

i bought my old astra GSi when i was 19 and bit the bullet and paid £2200 for 10 months insurance. Was worth it but i would never do it again. I then sold it to my little bro when he was 19 and he paid £1600 insurance which is a bit better i suppose.

directline seem silly cheap at the mo for high insurance group cars for relatively young people right now, 500quid for a guy at work, just turned 20 on a ibiza cupra. 500 for me on my GSi aswell, but all standard so would go up or not touch with mods!
