i've been losing weight since january i'm on a steady weight loss of 2lbs a week
so far i've lost 5 stone in 10 months
i eat cereal for breakfast and then have a main meal at 4 o'clock which could be anything from pizza to a salad. depends what i want.
i do 30mins of cardio and then 200 pressups and 200 situps every day.
worked for me but everyone's different

i did the same diet for 10 weeks which got more extreme as time went on. at the end of it i had a 8 pack and a very defined body. i came 3rd at the north west finals under 21s. ill get the pics of the laptop and will put them up. dietings not easy, but then again its not going to kill you either
