been well and truly stitched up, twice!!

First time i bought an armrest that was described as excellent condition, wasnt was crap, then i sent it back (stupidly not recorded) he is aying hasnt recieved, however i know he has cos he has relisted it!

2nd one, i bought a spoiler for my 325ci and the guy siad in the ad well fit ANY e46 coupe, turned up and its 4cm too long(its for 5 series) he is saying tough cos he put measurements on there and i should have checked.
why would i need to check when he says fits ANY e46 coupe

for the first one, report him to ebay if you have sufficient proof that it's the same one. His account will at least be suspsended.

Call the item a stolen good

For the second one, make a claim for misrepresentation oir ask for a refund

What are their feedbacks like?

links to items?
