Pricing information
• The new Leon Cupra has been priced at £19,595 on the road
• This price offers fantastic value for money for a car with 240PS and extremely high levels of specification

Launch information
• Official launch date in the UK will be 1st March 2007
The new 240 PS 2.0-litre T FSI engine has been considerably uprated compared with the Leon FR’s 200 PS version,
on which it is based. Modifications include a larger turbocharger, reinforced pistons and engine block,
strengthened connecting rods, a new ultra heat-resistant alloy for the cylinder head, plus larger injectors. The car
even sounds sportier; thanks to a specially tuned exhaust system. Yet despite the Cupra’s extra dose of power, the
efficiency of direct injection allows average fuel economy of 34 mpg.
• The Cupra offers some significant product enhancements over the FR model:
o 2.0 T FSI 240 PS
o 0 – 62 in 6.4 seconds
o Top speed 153 mph
o Red sport brakes (345 x 30)
o Single wide oval exhaust
o Bixenon headlights with A.F.S*
o Door mirrors, B and C pillar in gloss Ebony black
o Chin spoiler in black
o Wrap around bucket sport seats with integrated head restraint bearing “Cupra” name
o 18” exclusive alloy wheels
*A.F.S (adaptive front lighting system) enables the headlights to adapt to the shape of the road, which allows
better visibility when taking bends.

• Preferable colours for showroom models are Crono yellow, Emocion Red, and Luna Grey
• Other available colours are Zenith Grey, and Inferi Black

Inferi Black is very very cool

Ollie, thats pretty much what the whole dealer network(including me) said to the top brass at SEAT when we saw it unveiled at the London Excel Motorshow. Initial launch date was supposed to be 1st January 2007, its been put back, so maybe theyre changing something on it? We're ALL currently living in hope.

The rear end is far to high up compared with the current Leon Cupra R, this one is ridiciulous it won't sell many.
