Spose I better start myself a project thread now.
First off, take one standard Leon Cupra

Kicked things off with an Autometer Boost guage and nomad racing A pillar

Then I fitted a Forge DV007P Fast road closed loop diverter valve

The internals of this valve were upgraded with Forges spring tuning kit.

And followed shortly by a Green cotton panel filter and Remap, taking power to 228bhp and 242 lb/ft of torque.

The N75 Valve was upgraded to a stronger J model.

Calipers were painted Gold.

Then the rims were changed to a set of 17" Audi TT rims

Which is where it currently stands

Got round to modding my air box.
After searching for some 3.5" hose, finally found some its quite flexible and perfectly smooth on the inside.
Here it is coming from the airbox

It goes down behind the bumper, I cut a piece out of the splitter and this is where the hose appears, you can see it behind the piece iv cut out.

a few bits and pieces need tidying up but its pretty much sorted maf readings have gone up from 163g/s to over 170
