car was in for a service last week and needed new brake pads and drivers window fixing.

needs new motor and regulator

getting some red stuff pads fitted aswell

will give it a clean and get some pics this weekend

was either standard cheap alternatives or suggested red stuff so thot i mite aswell get some half decent pads

red stuff are supposed to be mince.

Never used red ones, but heard bad reports about them.

Love the Mintex 1155's on the corsa, and i'm trying Ferodo DS3000's on the skyline.

The red stuff pads also maybe a bit too extreme for only road use. They will need to be quite hot to work well!!!!

asked about them to see if they would need to heat up alot, apparently they have just had a revamp and the green ones are softer, redones are harder and now have race spec pads aswell

will find out when i get the car back

picked it up at lunch
window working again is great means i can shout at people

brakes seem ok, need to bed then in then i will comment
