hey, is anyone else having problems with ukonline, MSN won't log in and I sometimes get page cannot be displayed. fustrating as hell!

i've just tried that opendns.org on my router to see if it changes the speed at all

they didn't do anything, just said its a problem with BT, he said it should be back to normal within 24 hours

fuck sake just got off fone and he said loads of ppl cant even get any sites so i am lucky!!
ha

said it will be resolved within 24hrs and tried giving me an alternate dns setting but i told him i tried this and didnt work either

Yeah, i called them up yesterday threatening to cancel and they offered me a free dial up service! i told them to stick it, they still say it's a problem with BT, but everyone else in my area with a different ISP seems to be fine!

Im on UKOnlne. Wasnt here at the weekend to check but is working fine for me today.

Did have a problem a few weeks back with emails not being received or sent, this was meant to be due to some server of there crashing. Hadnt had any problems at all for about 18months before that though.
