right me and my mate are putting my engine back together after getting my head skimmed, and buying new everything, when we have been putting it together we have noticed that it doesn't look rite lol can you guys tell me what is missing in the pics, because my mate has lost it, and i need to order a new one thankz

A gasket between the two?

The bolt sticking out from the side has no earth attatched ?

The bolt that holds it down ?
